Getting Started
Overview, examination of hairy skin and the hairs of the head.
With the help of a special digital camera, the hairy skin and hair of the head are investigated, while at the same time conclusions are drawn about the general condition and the existence of skin diseases such as:
Alopecia, moles of the scalp, dermatitis, increased oiliness, fungal infections, dandruff of the scalp, psoriasis of the scalp, monitoring of implanted follicles, damage to the hair shaft, etc.
In addition, it is possible to evaluate the results of the following therapeutic treatment through periodic comparative tests.
Density measurement (Measurement of hair density per square centimeter)
With the high magnification achieved with the digital contact camera, the number of hairs per square centimeter and the number of hair follicles that hold one, two or three hairs are calculated with absolute precision. The conclusions from densitometry are used to assess the presence or absence of alopecia, its deviation from the normal state, the strength of the treatment to be chosen, the evaluation of the effectiveness of the treatment followed through periodic comparative examinations, the potential of occipital hair growth (donor area) in case the specific patient undergoes a hair microtransplantation.
The diagnostic test is a complete and effective system, as the exact condition of the scalp is analyzed and evaluated and a series of valuable information is recorded:
1. existence of dermatological disease factors
2. calculation of sebaceous gland activity
3. study of hair loss – classification and etiology
4. determination of possible dysfunctions of the scalp or hair
5. determination of the percentage ratio of hair phases
6. presence and percentage of dystrophic hair

The most common form of hair loss affecting men is called androgenetic alopecia and has a unique feature: it affects only the upper part of the scalp, leaving intact – even in its most advanced forms – the area at the back of the head.
This treatment is an innovative method for treating hair loss in men & women and is based on the growth factors from our own body and injecting it directly into thinning areas of the scalp.
